Neo Aztec Calendar
Maps can record any journey through time or space. New maps are created by rethinking a seemingly familiar way to take a journey, or recording a journey that has never been taken before. Mexican artist and designer Ricardo Cid’s Neo Aztec Calendar combines the western linear journey through the year, in the format of the Mayan calendar. The calendar is colour coded to show the equinoxes, seasons, moon cycles and days of the week.
