This stone bottle by Studio Wieki Somers has the solid durability of stone with the look of a soft mattress. The kitsch floral pattern intensifies the reference to the mattress.
What’s even more interesting is how they created the form – by tying fishnet around a balloon. It shows an inventive resourcefulness mixed with a curiosity that allows two juxtaposing ideas to successfully co-exist.
