Climate Change Debate Heats up in Oz
In Australia, an advert ‘starring’ Hollywood actress Cate Blanchett has caused a storm of controversy. The advert, paid for by environmental groups is in support of the governments plans to tax carbon emissions.
This is certainly an issue that isn’t going away anytime soon, and as nations realise that they need to make significant sacrifices in order to bring about change, we are going to see more and more political battles being fought publicly like this, to win the voters over.
