Alex Roman’s latest masterpiece, ‘Above Everything Else’
Alex Roman. Remember that name, because I’m quite sure it’s going to come up time and again. He is simply one of the world’s greatest CGI animators there is. You may recall we featured his last video The Third and the Seventh which is a beautiful look into the world of architectural photography, through the view of old cameras.

Some people, upon seeing this video for the first time doubted whether this really was all CGI, Alex had this to say:
Asking your questions; yep, it’s all CG -same process as T&S- I tried to put some live-footage shots but i run out of time so CGI did the trick 
Whole production was 2 and a half months for the initial concept to the final editing; two people: Juan & me.
The video is for Silestone, a quartz worktops and countertops company. As you’d imagine based on the company and the type of video ‘The Third and the Seventh’ was, there is a wonderful emphasis on the built environment.
This is unquestionably, beautiful.
