The Bev Lewis Center for Women’s Athletics – Fennell Purifoy Architects
This new 40,000 sq ft facility houses the women’s gymnastic team as well as a weight room for all of women’s athletics. The facility includes offices for gymnastic coaches, women’s athletic director and staff, and the women’s basketball coach and staff. The building features a 14,000 sq ft state of the art gymnastic practice gymnasium.
Winner of AIA and athletic association awards, the Bev Lewis Center is designed to reflect the power and grace of gymnastics as well as provide a welcoming presence on Stadium Drive. Fennell Purifoy worked in association with BDMD Architects of Indianapolis.
