Rolling City on Rails

Architecture

The inception of the railways led to a more mobile populous, bringing with it a freedom of movement not possible before. These railways created satellite towns connected through the tracks. Swedish architects Jagnefalt Milton, have designed a modular, moveable town running on rails.

The concept allows public use buildings such as concert spaces and hotels to move around on the railways so they can be positioned where they are needed.
