Ringford Residences – Granit Architects
The brief was to design and build two family homes in South West London. The new build properties were designed over three floors to maximise the space on a relatively modest site, taking care to ensure the best use of natural light and without too much impact on neighbouring properties. The homes feature a three storey glass atrium surrounding the staircase, a frameless glass rear wall and roof, sliding folding doors and specially designed timber clad ‘blinkers’ to cater for privacy.
