“This project involved the construction documentation for 13 luxury dwellings. Despite the limited site, each home boasts generous open living whilst maintaining privacy between dwellings. The careful manipulation of internal spatial volumes and built elements are intrinsic to the design. There is a seamless relationship between the internal living and outdoor courtyards complete with full outdoor kitchens.
