I’ve seen it called the mother ship, and I guess the E.T. analogues are spot on. The spherical, other wordly appearance of the Foster design new Apple HQ is everything you’d expect the headquarters of the world’s biggest tech company to be.
The new building will become a main feature of Cupertino, occupying 2 previously separate sites, creating for the stylish computer company a building every bit as cool as the technology they produce.
