Transformation of the military fort into a new neighbourhood comprising a large park, 1,200 apartments, 1,520 parking spaces, an elementary school, a nursery school, extension of Collège de la Paix, domotic Villa Médicis, extension of Alain Mimoun Stadium and daycare facilities for infants.
