Burj Khalifa from above
What do you get when you combine the worlds tallest building with the highest res satellite currently in orbit? This beautiful image! Taken with the GeoEye 1, the below photo shows the impressive capabilities of a satellite that orbits the earth at a height of 684 kilometres.
Below is a link to a higher resolution image. What is interesting to note is that this satellite is capable of capturing details from this height that are only 16inches long… detailed!
