To prove that sometimes it is the way we treat our spaces within and around our buildings that gives them character and identity, today’s photo is a delightful shot of how a sculpture by Fritz Koenig at the Old Federal Reserve Building, San Francisco completely holds the attention of anyone viewing this space. The sculpture works very well as it is a complement to the space, working with the tonal treatment well to create a balanced and enveloping environment.
