Architecture of London, FunKids Radio Show
Getting kids into architecture is a tough ask. Understanding the complexities of the build environment can be difficult, but with the right kind of influence and teaching, young children interested in learning the history of London’s architecture can learn.
Thanks to estate agents Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward and Funkids Radio, children under the age of ten are being taught a history of architecture of London.
The show started Monday 14th February, and will educate young kids on the architecture of the city from the Tudors, through Gothic Revival Houses, the Victorians, and the Art Deco Movement to Living in the Future. The series of ten shows will broadcast on Mondays from 5pm on FunKids radio and can be found on DAB Digital Radio or online at www.funkidslive.com.
Matt Deegan, Station Manager of FunKids commented: “FunKids is all about inspiring kids. Who knows, the next great architect could be listening.” Supporting content to the show can be found at funkidslive.com.
